1. Pre-Transit Inspection
It all kicks off with a detailed pre-transit inspection. Before loading, a supervisor goes over the car, noting the odometer reading, fuel level, and any scratches or dents already there. Photos get taken as well, part of a digital condition report, and both sides sign the condition sheet jointly - giving everyone a clear, agreed record of the car's state before it leaves.
2. Interstate Documentation
For interstate shipping, you'll need the Vehicle Registration Certificate, valid vehicle insurance, an updated PUC certificate, and a government ID - Aadhaar or PAN - for the owner.
